Traditional Japanese woodwork, kumiko, adorns the entrance and throughout the store, emphasizing craftsmanship and precision. The experienced staff invites customers to explore Grand Seiko's extensive collection, featuring Spring Drive, mechanical, and quartz timepieces, with a dedicated private room for the Masterpiece Collection.

Opened in 2017, the Grand Seiko Boutique along the world-famous Rodeo Drive was the first Grand Seiko Boutique in the world dedicated to serving enthusiasts of horology.
