Celebrating the 140th anniversary of Seiko, the company founded by Kintaro Hattori, Grand Seiko has released a watch inspired by Reference 3180, the first Grand Seiko watch introduced back in 1960. With this timeless interpretation of an iconic Grand Seiko timepiece, SBGW260 features an 18k rose gold case and indexes, a cream dial, and a manual-winding caliber.
Boasting a case that measures 38mm in diameter and 10.9mm tall with a dual-curved sapphire crystal, SBGW260 is a classically proportioned timepiece for the contemporary watch lover. The dial is highly legible, with razor-sharp hands and diamond-cut markers making reading the time easy, even at a glance.
Powering the watch is Grand Seiko's manual-wind Caliber 9S64 with notable upgrades. Hairline finishing replaces the striping found on the bridge of the standard 9S64, and there’s beveling along the edges of the large plate. Heat-blued screws and a gold plate featuring the Seiko “S” adorn the movement. The “S” trademark is historically significant — it was registered by Kintaro Hattori in 1900 as the symbol of the Seikosha factory. The movement is rated to +5/-3 seconds a day and has a power reserve of 72 hours.

Option for a return and refund or exchange is possible when the watch is returned in new, unworn condition, with all original contents included in the package. Upon receiving your return, Grand Seiko will verify the condition of the watch. If there are any missing items, damage, or wear found, you may be subject to fees accordingly. Please be sure to remove any jewelry or other watches before trying on the watch to avoid damage. Please do not size the watch if you return it as it will not be considered new.
