With its Zaratsu-polished case and bezel-free construction, the STGK033 offers the time-honored 62GS design in a 30mm size. Powered by Grand Seiko’s smallest automatic mechanical movement, Caliber 9S27, it is a perfect blend of craftsmanship, mid-century design, and Grand Seiko’s renowned dial-making expertise.
The silver-colored dial evokes the beauty of sakura-tsukiyo. In early spring in northern Japan, dramatic temperature shifts from day to night often create a misty ambiance, diffusing the moonlight and creating a hazy, moonlit sky. The STGK033 captures the beauty of cherry blossoms basking in this evening light.
The case design reflects Grand Seiko’s rich heritage, taking inspiration from the legendary 62GS—the brand’s first automatic watch, unveiled in 1967. Renowned for its bold mirrored surfaces, multi-faceted case, and innovative bezel-free construction that emphasizes the dial, this contemporary reinterpretation faithfully preserves the pioneering spirit of the original.
Inspired by sakura-tsukiyo, the dial evokes the serene beauty of cherry blossoms bathed in soft moonlight. Products may be returned to Grand Seiko Boutique Online within 14 days of the delivery date. Option for a return and refund or exchange is possible when the watch is returned in new, unworn condition, with all original contents included in the package. Upon receiving your return, Grand Seiko will verify the condition of the watch. If there are any missing items, damage, or wear found, you may be subject to fees accordingly. Please be sure to remove any jewelry or other watches before trying on the watch to avoid damage. Please do not size the watch if you return it as it will not be considered new.
