To celebrate the 60th anniversary in 2020, Grand Seiko introduced a new design philosophy known as Evolution 9 style. This design code was based on the Grand Seiko Style founded in the model known as the 44GS in 1967, but has advanced and showcases the evolution of aesthetic, legibility, and comfort, as well as adapting to today's more active lifestyle. The Evolution 9 collection exemplifies Grand Seiko's never ending pursuit of crafting the ultimate practical watch.
